Born on 8th December 1953 in Allahabad, India
Completed studies in Architecture from Bandra School of Art, 1973
Worked for 2 years with Architectural Research Unit
Worked for 9 years with Daryanani Group on charitable projects
Now a Senior Associate with Upasani Design Cell

Teaching in Sir J J College of Architecture since 1987
Invited as a Visiting Faculty in many colleges of Architecture

Met Hasan Fatehi, Buckminster Fuller and Paolo Soleri in person

Awarded Senior Fellowship in Photography by Govt. of India, Ministry of Culture for "Motifs and Patterns in Islamic Architecture In India"
Held 11 One-man-Photography Exhibitions on the subjects varying from- Mandu, Queens Stepwell of Patan, Sun Temple Modhera, Stainglass Windows, Flower-Pots, Down D N Road, Moghul Monuments, etc
Conducted Architectural Photography Workshops in over 24 colleges Won 1st and 2nd prize in Jindal Stainless Steel Design Competition Presented works in 12-on-12, Ahmedabad and Pecha-Kucha, Mumbai

Conducted a 14 day long workshop at NID Ahmedabad on
"History, Design and Development of Fountain Pens"
Similar workshop was conducted in Manipal University, Dubai Campus Awareness Talks on Fountain Pens
